Payment follow-up may collect the payment method, transaction reference and amounts recorded by the team. Website chat may collect your name, contact information and conversation history. Reviews collect the name, rating and comment submitted.
Payment information
This website does not directly request or store payment-card numbers, card security codes or online-banking passwords. MonCash, NatCash and PayPal transactions are completed through the relevant provider or account. The website may retain the payment method and reference needed for the team to verify a transaction.
How information is used
Information is used to check availability, create temporary holds, communicate about requests, verify payment references, manage reservations, provide services, prevent misuse and improve the guest experience.
Who can access it
Reservation, chat, review and payment-reference information is available only to authorized owner or staff accounts and service providers required to operate the website. Vue Sur Mer does not sell customer information.
Booking lookup
Customers can view limited reservation details only by entering the matching booking code and email address. Customers should keep their booking code private.
Chat retention
Handled website-chat conversations and their message history are automatically deleted after 90 days. Unanswered conversations remain available until handled. Customers should never submit card details, passwords or sensitive identification through chat.
Retention and requests
Reservation and payment-reference records may be retained as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, safety and legal obligations.
