Reservation requests
Restaurant, vehicle, jet-ski and nightlife forms create requests that require confirmation by the Vue Sur Mer team. Apartment requests may create a temporary reservation hold and booking code after the website verifies the selected unit and dates.
Temporary apartment holds
An unpaid apartment booking is held for up to two hours while the customer follows the displayed deposit instructions. If no payment reference is submitted during that period, the hold may expire automatically and the apartment may become available to another guest. A submitted reference still requires verification by the team.
Prices, taxes and payments
Website totals are based on the dates, service and rates selected. Enabled taxes appear separately before submission. Delivery, airport, security-deposit or other service charges may be confirmed separately. The website may display MonCash, NatCash or an external PayPal payment link and may collect a transaction reference, but it does not directly collect or store payment-card numbers.
Payment verification
Submitting a payment reference does not by itself prove that funds were received. The team verifies the transaction with the relevant payment provider before marking a deposit or balance paid. Customers remain responsible for entering the correct reference and amount.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, protect their booking code, follow confirmed property and safety rules, and meet any identification, driver, age or ability requirements for the selected service.
Availability, changes and refunds
Services may be unavailable, delayed, rescheduled or cancelled because of weather, safety, maintenance, road conditions or other circumstances. Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility and final service conditions are provided with the booking confirmation and may depend on the selected service and dates.
Photos and descriptions
Stock or representative images are identified where used. Actual vehicles, views and service details may vary and are confirmed before service.
External services
Maps, tourism resources, social platforms, partner websites and payment providers are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.
